Psychotherapist
ME
Hi, I’m Trudy. You may be someone who looks like you’re managing everything on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck on the inside. Maybe you’re used to being the strong one, taking care of everyone else, or simply pushing through—but lately, that isn’t working the way it used to. Therapy can be a place to slow things down, understand what you’re carrying, and begin finding a different way forward. I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience working with teens and adults, including veterans and first responders. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, relationship concerns, and difficult life transitions. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you can be yourself without judgment. Depending on your needs, I incorporate EMDR, CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you better understand your patterns, regulate difficult emotions, process painful experiences, and develop practical tools you can use outside of therapy. Whether you’re healing from the past, grieving a loss, navigating changes in your relationships or family, adjusting to a new season of life, or simply realizing you don’t want to keep feeling the way you do, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, confident, and hopeful about what comes next.
