Tyanda has been my therapist for almost two years and she has been a fundamental part of my journey to becoming the best version of myself. If you are looking for a professional, thoughtful, and encouraging therapist to provide you with support and help you achieve your goals, look no further!
She is very professional and has patience!! I I expressed my concerns about what I am dealing with and she not oly listens but give great advice. She is empathetic and compassionate. I am so grateful to have her as a therapist and would highly recommend her!! She makes me feel safe.
Tyanda is phenomenal. I was so nervous to start therapy because I didn’t have the best experiences in the past. She completely changed my outlook on therapy and been such an impactful influence in my life. came to her because I have challenges with my anxiety, depression, setting healthy boundaries with family and friends and just building up my confidence. Tyanda has provided me with such a safe and supportive space to feel comfortable to share my deepest thoughts. I love how much she cares and it shows so much in the heart and value she has for what she does. She is my favorite therapist and I would recommend her to anyone. She walks alongside you on your journey and is so welcoming. Thank you Tyanda, you’ve changed my life and inspired me so much to continue to make myself proud everyday as you would say!!
After working with Tyanda for 2 years, I've really found myself in a comfortable space and safe environment where I feel like I'm heard and met wherever I'm at for each meeting. I really value and appreciate her insight and approach to my situations and her willingness to truly listen to me.
The sessions I had with Tyanda I had always found to be beneficial. I found her to be a great listener and she often had solutions or ideas to help guide me. I would definitely recommend her to others.
My experience with Tyanda has been nothing short of amazing. She always knows exactly what to say and has a unique ability to help me see things from a fresh perspective. I feel truly fortunate to have her as my therapist!
As a WOC in her 30s, I knew I outgrew my white therapist of 11 years after hearing her tell me “she didn’t see color” and I knew finding a therapist that was also a WOC was important to me. When i had a consultation with Dr. Rachel, she told me how her clinic’s therapists are all WOC and it made me feel like this was a safe space for me. After having my first few sessions with Tyanda, I knew Tyanda was the one when she shifted my “people pleaser” thoughts to healthy boundaries and healthy relationships I now have with myself and others. She honestly has such a natural gift and darn good at it too that I was surprised she was only in her late 20s. Glad Dr Rachel has Tyanda on her team! I cannot wait to continue working with her and continue seeing her work on her journey as a therapist!
