Hi, I’m Vanessa. I’m a licensed independent social worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Dakota. Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate some of life’s most difficult moments.
I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, perinatal mental health, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also provide couples and family counseling. My clinical background includes experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
My approach is integrative and individualized. I believe in meeting clients where they are—with compassion, curiosity, and respect—and helping them build the insight and tools they need to move forward with confidence.
