It was the most infuriating process ever. Zocdoc made me sign up on two different sites, one of which took my insurance, but the other didn’t, so I canceled my appointment despite desperately needing it. Only then got a spam of emails telling me that I had an appointment and that it accepted my insurance and didn’t accepted insurance finally had to sit down and look through both companies (Zella or some stupid shit) realized that they aren’t the same company and that Zocdoc did accept my insurance and since I DID have an appointment that I needed I rushed home early for work and sat on the Zocdoc website for 10+ minutes waiting to hear ANYTHING, I attempted to contract the office on file to find it it was the support number for other website (Zelle or something) that didn’t TAKE MY INSURANCE but then the first person I talk about this just HUNG UP ON ME so I had to call a second time just for someone to say I never had an appointment. So yeah screw this company.
