What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy should be a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and develop practical skills to help you move forward. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, ensuring each session is tailored to your specific needs. Whether it's managing stress, reducing anxiety, improving relationships, or addressing past trauma, our work will focus on actionable steps that bring real change. My style is warm, direct, and solution-oriented—I meet you where you are while gently challenging you to grow.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our sessions will focus on building awareness, identifying barriers to change, and using evidence-based techniques to help you feel better. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and eye-movement desensitization & reprocessing therapy (EMDR) to help you develop healthier coping strategies and shift unhelpful thought patterns. EMDR is particularly effective for processing trauma and alleviating anxiety, allowing you to break free from past experiences that may be holding you back. Each session will be structured yet flexible, ensuring we address what's most important to you in the moment. You don't have to navigate this alone. If you're ready to start feeling more in control and at ease, let's take the first step together.
