What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an attuned, responsive, person-centered stance. I strive to build a trusting, empathic connection that fosters safety and authenticity. I have worked with persons presenting with a wide range of issues, including trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, and male abuse survivors. There is hope in the process of self-discovery. You are responsible for your change process, and the power of healing lies within each of us. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Many of the clients I see are dealing with issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, or adjusting to life stressors. We will establish a trusting relationship where you can show your authentic self and explore your thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns. The aim is to develop a committed action plan and goals to guide your change process.
