I specialize in utilizing Integrative Therapy to help individuals find the most effective ways to cope, find closure, and move forward. I use thought stopping, positive thinking, grounding, and mindfulness techniques to empower each person to reach their counseling goals. This approach allows me to be adaptable to many individual needs. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (license number 37PC00931800). I speak both Spanish and English and believe the foundation of counseling is empathy and positive client regard. I am committed to working toward a positive outcome with every client.
