I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in practice for 15 years. My approach is one of authenticity, curiosity, openness, and even adding a little humor. The kind of clients that I like to help are those who are ready to explore a different path. I am particularly passionate about women issues, whether that is around pregnancy, child raising, or relationships. I also like finding ways to work through anxiety, depression, grief and loss with people. I offer an integrative approach to therapy bringing in certain tools and techniques from a variety of modalities, including CBT, Solutions-Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I like to encourage a lot of self-reflection, homework, and openness to experimenting with a different approach. Ultimately, you are in the driving seat, I just help with a map.
