I have a passion for working with individuals who are battling depression, anxiety, and trauma. I take a holistic approach that focuses on a person in their entirety-mind, body, and spirit. I have worked with individuals in crisis both in a psychiatric hospital setting and out in the community. My desire is to provide a safe therapeutic space where you are both seen and heard.
