Getting to know Victoria Levina

*After booking, you will receive a link via IntakeQ so you can complete required intake forms prior to your appointment* Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating big transitions, struggling with relationships, or dealing with anxiety, depression, or past trauma. If substance use has become a way to cope, it can feel even harder to break free from the cycle. Whether you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of your next step, therapy can help you regain control and build a fulfilling life. I specialize in working with young and emerging adults, individuals in their 20s navigating life changes, those struggling with addiction, and people looking to improve their relationships—both with themselves and others. My experience also includes working with men’s issues, veterans, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support my clients effectively through their challenges.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. You are the expert in your own life—my role is to help you access the tools you need to create meaningful change. My approach to care is warm, light, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or heavy all the time—incorporating humor when appropriate can help make difficult topics more approachable. I focus on client strengths to empower individuals, helping them recognize their resilience and potential. While I provide a structured, evidence-based approach, I tailor each session to your unique needs, meeting you where you are and adapting as we go.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our sessions will be a space where you can be open, heard, and understood. I integrate DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy, incorporating parts work when helpful—especially for those working through trauma or internal conflicts. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back, explore patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop new ways of thinking and coping. Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time or returning after a break, you don’t have to navigate this alone. Reach out, and let’s get started.
