I also work with clients who have severe and persistent mental disorders. Using a mindful cognitive-behavioral approach, I help clients explore how their thoughts impact their emotions. I incorporate elements of solution-focused therapy and mindfulness into my work. I provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families, and have experience in crisis intervention and clinical case management. I also have certifications in telemental health, anxiety treatment and sex therapy informed treatment. I have supervised therapists in community mental health centers and privately and am a qualified supervisor for licensure purposes. Currently, I primarily offer TeleMental Health services. I also offer flexible payment arrangements, including discounted/sliding scale options.
