I use a strengths based approach in therapy so you can build on what is already working for you. I encourage individuals to look at situations from various perspectives so they can find good in situations. I want to help you reach your goals using strategies that work for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I want to learn about you to include your successes and setbacks. I will listen to your needs and struggles and help you come up with a plan that is specific for you. Your feedback is important to me and I will tailor our sessions specifically for you.
