Life has an uncanny ability to pull the rug out from underneath our feet. When this happens, it can feel like your world has been turned upside down. Fear, anxiety, despair, and overwhelm can take hold and grow roots quickly. Old coping mechanisms falter, and what once felt like strengths now seem inadequate given the task ahead. In these moments, it's easy to lose faith in yourself and feel trapped by external forces. Such a moment demands fresh thinking and new tools and perspectives to help you rise above the challenges at hand. Since 2013, I've been dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges. Whether you're dealing with illness, loss, trauma, or other unexpected changes, I'm here to support you through the storm and provide the tools you need to not only survive but thrive. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Prescott College, which informs my compassionate and effective approach. Through our work together, you will develop a deeper sense of alignment between your inner and outer worlds, fostering a greater sense of peace and well-being. You will also leave equipped with a toolkit of resources and practices designed to bring more ease, clarity, purpose, and freedom into your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

First and foremost, I want to meet you where you are. I want to hear about your history of mental health, where you are at now, and where you want to go, i.e., what are your goals for therapy? Once we have that context set, we will work together to chart a path and an approach that feels good to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is integrative, drawing from a combination of therapeutic modalities: • Narrative therapy: To explore and reframe your life story. • Internal Family Systems: To identify and address conflicting internal parts. • Somatic therapy: To connect with your body and release emotional tension. • Spiritual/existential inquiry: To explore deeper questions of meaning and purpose. You'll leave each session with new tools and focus points to keep you engaged in your growth process moving forward.
