My eclectic approach in counseling is flexible and accessible to meet a person where they are at. My training and experience provides therapeutic strategies, various ideas, and multicultural counseling’s to all individuals. I am skilled in evidence-based models to process trauma, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also utilized CBT, DBT, and interpersonal therapy. My approach begins with establishing a therapeutic relationship that begins with trust, safety, and collaboration. I value a client counselor relationship. I enjoy my family and spending time with my pets. My main passion is helping others. I believe forgiveness, gratitude and self-acceptance support mental wellness.
