Hello! I'm Owen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping people achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. I earned my Master of Social Work from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, MN, with a focus on direct clinical practice. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient facilities, as a health coach, and as a psychotherapist in both group and private practice environments. My areas of expertise include chronic pain and health conditions, stress and anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ concerns, OCD, grief and loss, trauma-informed care, and life transitions.
