I place great importance on creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and unhurried, especially for individuals and couples who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or disconnected. Sessions are guided by curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s lived experience. I integrate emotional depth with practical strategies, helping clients better understand their inner experiences while developing skills that support daily life and relationships. Therapy is not rushed or prescriptive; instead, we move at a pace that feels right for you, with the understanding that meaningful change often unfolds over time.

Violet Light Mental Health Counseling is a self-pay practice. Payment is collected at the time of service through the practice’s secure billing system. Individual therapy sessions (60min) are $200 per session. Couples therapy sessions (60min) are $250 per session. A limited number of sliding-scale appointments may be available based on financial circumstances and availability. Initial appointments are conducted as full, paid psychotherapy intake sessions. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
