I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 12 years in the field. As a therapist, over the past 10 years, I've helped many clients-struggling with issues like depression, anxiety, stress, family concerns, life changes, and existential crises-rediscover themselves, cope in healthier ways, and implement change in their lives. I work with individuals, couples, families, and youth. I also have experience working with individuals with serious mental illness and chronic medical conditions. My approach is a welcoming and supportive one. I see therapy as a collaborative journey. Through exploration with you, I strive to help you find and understand yourself on a deeper level, become aware of the areas in your life that may be impacting you, and help you better cope with life's many challenges, all in an open, non-judgmental, safe space.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
