Psychotherapist

Are you tired of repeating the same relationship patterns, putting everyone else first, struggling with boundaries, or questioning your own worth? Maybe you understand what is happening, but can't quite figure out why you keep feeling stuck. Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand those patterns, and begin creating something different. I’m a bilingual, trauma and relationship therapist who works with teens and adults, navigating childhood and relational trauma, attachment concerns, relationship anxiety, people-pleasing, low self-esteem, identity, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that your current struggles often make more sense when we understand the experiences that shaped them. Together, we’ll explore your relationships with yourself and others, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and work toward greater self-trust, healthier boundaries, emotional regulation, and more secure relationships. I also value the impact of culture, family, and identity on our experiences and offer a warm, culturally responsive space for clients who want to feel understood, not simply treated. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You just have to be willing to begin.
