Yelizaveta was very helpful down to earth and very knowledgeable. Our session over 45 minutes and not once did I feel like she was rushing me. I'm very happy I found her and highly recommend her. I can't wait for our next session.
I have been to a couple of therapists before who were very nice but after months of therapy there was no change. Liza was the exact opposite. I came to her at a time where I was contemplating terrible things and through just 6 months of therapy I was able to completely change my life around. She is worth every penny because I can say wholeheartedly she saved my life.
I was a bit hesitant because she looked a bit young, but she has A LOT of experience. I was truly amazed at her clinical expertise and background. Her treatment orientation was anything but passive and gave me actual tools to improve everyday living. I have recommended Dr. Golub to 3 of my colleagues and they all have felt the same way.
Had horrible anxiety and was on medication for 5 years. Am off of all medication and have started helping others deal with anxiety because of Liza.
I had debilitating panic attacks and was at a point where I was calling out sick from work more days than I can afford. In a matter of about 4 months my panic attacks were gone and I am no longer in jeopardy of losing my job.
I did not believe in therapy but came to see Liza as a last resort. IT took me about 3 months to say anything real to her. She was patient and encouraging the whole time. She sent podcasts and gave me new coping techniques every time we met. The first time I met her she said she is not just my therapist for the session but is open and available when ever I need. People say that but through my personal experience I have found it to be true. I can not recommend her more highly.
I NEVER leave reviews. To say I had a rough childhood is an understatement. My marriage was on the verge of being over. I was full of anger and hatred. I had seen 4 therapists in the past 5 years who kept asking me about my week. Liza was the first and only therapist who was able to help me deal with my trauma, abandonment and anger. She referred me to the right psychiatrist and for the first time in 40 years I do not want to kick people around me for simply existing. At a point I was seeing her 3 times a week and can say she saved my marriage, my job and probably my life is not an understatement. I have referred people to her who have had similar experiences. She is worth the time and money AND SHE TAKES INSURANCE!
She looked young and inexperienced. Boy was I wrong! Her training and experience are impressive. She is sooooo smart. However, it is not in a "I am smarter or better than you kind of way". She talks to you on your level and you feel as though you find someone who can truly relate and understand. I never left regretting the fact that I came to therapy. She worked around my schedule and hectic work hours and would e-mail me helpful techniques on a daily basis. She gave me hope.
