As my client, you are in the drivers seat. Together we will work on finding out the needs behind the behavior. We will process through feelings and thoughts, changing your relationship with them. I believe that once we discover your strengths, we can build upon them and use them to change patterns of behavior that are not helpful. My hope is that we can shift from “what if wrong with me?” to “what happened to me?”. As well as create a safe space to come as you are. For youth, it is crucial to honor their voice and choice. Starting therapy at a young age helps children develop skills that will benefit them throughout their lives. I enjoy using creative approaches that leverage their strengths and interests to personalize therapy. Through art, games, and interactive tools, I engage youth in a fun and educational way, while working with parents collaboratively.
