Frances is a passionate mental health clinician with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Child-Adolescent Mental Health Studies from New York University. She combines Emotion-Focused Therapy, trauma-focused CBT, and Zen-Buddhism practices to create personalized approaches for clients from all walks of life. I am in network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem) plans as well as Magnacare. For other insurances I offer an out of network reduced rate plan to keep costs affordable. With this system your out of pocket costs will be limited to $50-$100 at most per session when working toward your deductible. I will submit all claims on your behalf, keeping the process nice and easy for you!
