What is your typical process for working with clients?

Treatment interventions I am trained in include Trauma Informed Care, TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, CPT, Motivational interviewing, and psychoanalytic training. I am providing individual, couple, and family therapy. The goal for therapy is to help you find your own coping strategies and practice those strategies in your daily life. Eventually, you will master skills you learnt in therapy and graduate from therapy.
