Getting to know Yumeno Oliver
I’m an LMSW who supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. The most meaningful part of my work is helping clients feel like themselves again as they grow, heal, and recognize their own strength.
I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and comfortable expressing themselves. I work with individuals who may feel overwhelmed or stuck and are looking to build coping skills and gain clarity.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and goal oriented therapy to help clients develop resilience and move toward meaningful change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, reading, and playing pickleball.
