I approach therapy by looking at the person as a whole - mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to help individuals explore different approaches to resolve issues and be their authentic selves. Therapy is a personal experience that needs to be individualized for each person. I work with kids, teenagers, and adults, using various theories and philosophies to foster growth and healing. I am also a yoga therapist, incorporating energy and movement to realign and re-center individuals. I am a bicultural, multilingual, Caucasian, cisgender female with immigrant parents. I understand multicultural perspectives, immigration issues, and the struggles of acculturation. I am part of the LGBTQIA community and have a passion for yoga, animals, art, music, and nature.
