Hi, I'm Zach, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep passion for social and racial justice, and a commitment to exploring and celebrating the diverse identities of my clients. Over the past decade, I've dedicated my career to the mental health field, primarily working in public education where I supported and advocated for students, families, and colleagues. I welcome clients from all walks of life and am particularly focused on working with older adolescents, individual adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s, individuals navigating challenges related to masculinity or femininity, and those in the human services field such as educators, medical professionals, first responders, and non-profit workers. In my practice, I consistently celebrate my clients' strengths, resilience, and the courage it takes to pursue meaningful change. I draw from Person-Centered, Family Systems, and Existential Therapy frameworks, embracing all aspects of my clients' identities. My specialties include supporting those struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, family dynamics, and relationship difficulties. Through deep acceptance, curiosity, and warmth, I collaborate with my clients in a transformative process that is always thoughtful and client-centered. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a Clinical Track in Children, Youth & Families from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology with a minor in Gender & Women’s Studies from the University of Denver. Outside of my professional life, I am deeply committed to examining the systems and structures that impact our lives and growing through connection and relationship. If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and meaningful change, I would be honored to support you. Let's take the first step together.
