I am not a traditional therapist, in the sense that I actively offer more than talk therapy. I believe that knowledge is the tool to liberation. As an eclectic therapist I bring to you an array of resources and psychoeducation so you have the power to shape your life the way you see fit. I utilize IFS, DBT, Strengths Based, Solution Focused, Narrative, and Poly-vagal theory. I especially love to work with BPD, community building, and disassociation. I am a neurodivergent queer trans man from the Midwest. As someone who had to recover from Christian conservatism, I am very honored to be a support for anyone seeking to heal from religious trauma/spiritual abuse, has felt out of place, or othered.
