What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that everyone comes from a unique background and has diverse identities, therefore, there is no one size fits all approach to therapy. My therapeutic approach is an eclectic one, pulling techniques from multiple theories including Multicultural Psychology, Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Positive psychology.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take a holistic, collaborative approach to therapy- one that sees and values every part of who you are. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can show up as your full, authentic self.
