Getting to know Zenna Mould

"What matters isn't if people are good or bad. What matters is if they're trying to be better today than they were yesterday." (The Good Place) My collaborative approach is based on the premise that you know yourself best. I work to create an environment in which clients feel safe to share and explore themselves in ways they have not found accessible before. I combine cognitive behavioral methods to find coping skills, with a multicultural lens to address systemic barriers as well as strengths. In private practice, I worked with individuals, couples, and families through various issues, including anxiety, depression, OCD, navigating nonmonogamy, and identity exploration-particularly LGBTQ identities. I also worked in higher levels of care for eating disorders, leading groups, managing crises, and providing trauma-informed care. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School and a Bachelor's degree from Boston University.
