What is your typical process for working with clients?

Patients are invited to freely express thoughts, feelings, memories, associations, and experiences as they arise, including what may feel uncertain, repetitive, difficult to articulate, or not yet fully understood. Within expression itself, one may begin to listen differently to what is being said, notice patterns that emerge over time, and encounter aspects of oneself with greater depth and clarity.
