Getting to know Skye Toles

I work with Exult Healthcare. I am currently accepting applications for LPCa supervision. I specialize in teen & adult mood disorders, trauma, identity issues, and developing social support needs for the neurodiverse. These days people are so much more connected, but this means there are more eyes than ever on a person. That is stressful. There are expectations from so many sources now. Unseen, unspoken issues of abuse, family conflict, and peer relations are also prevalent in this age. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults understand their world and manage the sometimes complex emotions that are present as a result. I offer an eclectic style of therapy that draws from cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma informed narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing. This allows me to be in step with my clients and meet them where they are at. People are complicated, more so in our complicated and ever changing society. I strive to see my all of my clients' different intersecting identities and how they create the unique individual they are. I want to help my clients understand their place in the world and how they can overcome their struggles.
