Hello, I'm Angela. I believe that each individual has the capacity to change their situation and circumstances if they are willing to do the work. In our sessions, I use therapy techniques that will challenge your belief system and assist you in developing healthy coping skills to manage challenges and stressors from work, school, and relationships. I am a proud graduate of The Ohio State University with a Master's degree in Social Work, specializing in Addiction and Mental Health. I hold certifications from the Counselor, Social Work and Marriage & Family Therapist Board (CSWMFT) as a Licensed Independent Social Worker and from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board (OCDPB) as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III. With over 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with individuals who suffer from substance use, mental health diagnoses, or co-occurring disorders. I especially enjoy working with individuals who struggle to maintain sobriety for a sustained period of time. My approach is rooted in the belief that with the right support and tools, anyone can overcome their challenges and lead a fulfilling life.
