“The office staff was wonderful! Super friendly and inviting. I appreciated the explanation of all of the tests to be performed. This was my first time at this office with this doctor. Dr. Cheng was very friendly and upbeat and knowledgeable and showed me options for new eyewear. He very clearly explained the options and also suggested drops and gave me a sample of eye drops for dry eye. The individual who helped me pick out new frames was incredible. She explained the process, helped me understand what insurance would cover and how my HSA worked. She was so upbeat and friendly and if I could go back tomorrow I would but I don't have a reason to! ”
