About Dr. Abraham Magallanez

Abraham Magallanez, OD attended and completed his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of California, Davis. He attended and received his Optometry degree from the University of Houston, College of Optometry, Houston TX. He completed rotations through the Veterans Administration Hospital in Portland OR, and Castle Air force Base in Atwater, CA. His philosophy of care is to get to know his patients and to provide the highest quality of vision care with a personal and caring touch. Dr Magallanez believes the highest quality of care comes from continuing education and the use of the newest techniques and latest advancements. This allows him to provide his patients excellent care and the best possible treatment options. He recommends regular routine eye examinations for all of his patients. He would like to thank all of his patients for the trust and confidence they have placed in him, and he looks forward to caring for many new patients. On a personal note, Dr. Magallanez was born and raised in Stockton, CA. He is bilingual in both English and Spanish. He is married with two children. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. They enjoy family trips to the mountains and to the beach. He enjoys outdoor activities like cycling, hiking, basketball, and tennis. In his leisure time, he enjoys reading or watching movies.
