About Dr. Ahmad Hamad

Dr. Hamad completed his subspecialty training in Allergy & Immunology at University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill where he was trained in both adult and pediatric allergy and immunology. He graduated from Damascus University School of Medicine and finished his Internal Medicine residency at Wayne State University. During his fellowship training he was a co-investigator in several NIH and industry sponsored food immunotherapy trails and published in food allergy. His interests include food allergy, chronic urticaria and environmental allergies. Dr. Hamad spends his free time reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
