A graduate of Universidad Central del Este, San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic, Dr. Rotter completed his internship at Mt Sinai Hospital in Miami and his residency training at Jackson Memorial Hospital and Mt. Sinai Hospital in Miami, Florida.

I waited a long time (I was the only patient there) before being told that the doctors were all on lunch break...so why did I have an appt for 2pm when I had to wait 45min for the doctors to come back from lunch? The doc didn’t have much to say about my rash...prescribed a 5 day treatment that didn’t help at all. Would not recommend

Firstly, there were only 3 patients before me, but I somehow ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours to get seen when I had an appointment. I think that is outrageous .
