About Dr. Allison Green
Dr. Green was born and raised in Dallas and is very excited to care for the women of her hometown. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Plan II and Spanish. She then received her medical degree (MD) from The University of Texas at Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Green completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. During residency Allison received the Outstanding Resident Award at the Southwest Gynecologic Assembly and Outstanding Minimally Invasive Surgery Resident Award from the Society of Laparoscopic and Robotics Surgeons. She participated in research throughout residency and received the Devereaux Award, given to the resident with the best senior research project. Allison enjoys teaching and is looking forward to working with residents and medical students at Baylor University Medical Center.
Dr. Green enjoys spending time with her husband Trevor, son Owen, and dog Charlie. They enjoy visiting the Arboretum, exploring new restaurants, and trips to Possum Kingdom lake.

I’m very sad with the visit she declined me and I’m a veteran wife and my husband still at the war zone she and other doctors as well . I’m 10 weeks pregnant and I had to scape the war zone and she said she need so much information from overseas even know I told them my situation they didnt want to do the job from beginning yes I’m very disappointed.and I will make sure I will inform this to everyone.

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor was caring and skilled. We talked a little, got down to business, and they have the warmest speculum I’ve ever experienced. I’ll be back in a couple of weeks for a small procedure, and I’m much more at ease after my visit.
