“This was an incredibly confusing way to schedule an appointment. I was bombarded with text messages from several different channels. The one channel that I requested to stop text messages from was the one directly from the doctors office and they canceled my appointment even though the other channels I confirmed on. They were unable to initially find my insurance provider, which was something we had to take time to work through and the overall experience in the very beginning was absolutely terrible since my appointment was apparently canceled, and rebooked with a different patient. They were not sure if they would be able to see me. It got better as I explained to the receptionist the situation and she tried to help me, but the initial interaction was not very warm and welcoming, there is complicated and time-consuming. The whole thing took about two hours.”

Super rude staff, unprofessional and impolite, have no patient explaining anything and claim to blacklist me after an unpleasant conversation. Won’t go there again and do not recommend anyone to go there !
