I had a good visit with her, and liked her quite a bit. However, we discussed my getting new prescriptions for my distance glasses AND for my reading glasses, and she took measurements for both (and, e.g., had me hold a paper at a suitable reading distance for the reading glasses). Then only wrote one prescription -- for the distance glasses -- which I didn't realize till I got home (with and ADD, I think it's called). It caused a lot of confusion; I had to come back and get another prescription for the readers. I'm pretty sure I was very clear that I needed TWO new prescriptions. Other than that, I would've given her a much higher rating. I think she's probably a very good doctor, but that made me not want to necessarily go back a second time?

She is a great optometrist, spending a ton of time with me to figure out what is going wrong, and she is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable -- and a great provider -- one of the best!

I would give her a "15" if I could. She takes the time required to professionally attend to the patients' needs. She does not go strickly by your "15 minute" rule but I am confident she bases her experences on completely satisfying the need....she does not waste time socializing either. Do Not Let Her Get Away. She is perfect as a ocular professional .
