“Very friendly doctor with great bedside manner. However, as a new patient, I was not greeted nor was I directed where to go, so I stood by the front desk waiting past my appointment time for someone to tell me anything. There were many opportunities for them to tell me to please have a seat or to check me in. I wasn’t sure if there would be more forms for mw to fill out outside of Zocdoc as well. In that regard, I was unhappy with my visit.”

I was a little wary being that I'm not originally from Chicago and have had some horror stories, but everyone on the staff was super nice and understanding. All of them were extremely professional and Askia Saunders was extremely patient with all the questions I had!
