The doctor was wonderful very personable and took his time getting to know me and my
Situation. The wait time was not the best but I also pre filled out the paper work on Zocdoc but the office did not use it and made me fill out paperwork again when I mentioned this to the lady at the window she told me the forms were old and that I had to fil out the ones she gave me any way.
This was my first visit but i am pleased with the doctor overall

I booked through Zocdoc and received both a confirmation via text and email as well as reminders that the system had sent my paperwork (filled it out online) to Dr. Gluck's office. As I arrived, the staff mentioned the system had me scheduled with another doctor. They also didn't have my paperwork. I waited a little over an hour to see Dr. Gluck but it was worth the wait. Dr. Gluck was very nice and very professional. He answered all of my questions, provided me options and really listened.
