About Dr. Chelsea Locy-Fowler

Dr. Chelsea Locy-Fowler completed her prerequisites for optometry school at Hiram College, where she majored in biology and minored in chemistry. She then earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry. Since 2016, Dr. Locy-Fowler has been practicing optometry and has been with Shawnee since its inception. She has been fascinated by eyes since childhood and knew early on that she wanted to become an optometrist. She also enjoys interacting with and learning from her patients. Dr. Locy-Fowler was very excited to find a position in her hometown and give back to the community where she grew up.
