Additionally, please stop using all nasal and eye antihistamines two days before testing. Dr. Chloe Russo is an allergist/immunologist serving the community of Douglasville, GA. She is excited to be at WellStar Medical Group Ear, Nose & Throat. Her extensive knowledge base and clinical experience with various allergic diseases ensure that her patients receive the best quality care. I want to say DR.Chloe and staff were very attentive. I didn’t have a long wait they answered my questions. We worked on a plan to treat my asthma returning for follow up. I would recommend her for any Asthma / Allergy needs.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. After arriving late, and thinking I would need to reschedule, she took the time to check with the doctor to see if she could work me in. I was able to see the doctor and waited a very short time, less than most offices even when arriving on time. The nurse and doctor were very friendly and both were relaxed and took the time to answer my questions and provided me with information about my visit. Highly recommemd this dictor and staff.

I’ve been dealing with my issue for several months! Dr. Russo was understanding, detailed, and listened! She knew my history even though it was my first visit coming from California, she actually read my records. She wasn’t condescending and added value to my lived knowledge of my body. Douglasville is 40 minutes away but I’d come back here without question.

Dr. Russo was so engaging and pleasant, I felt very comfortable with my visit with her. She was very professional, yet gave a concern and compassion that I think is often missed by most in the "medical enviroment". Dr. Russo listened to my concerns and gave helpful advice.
