He earned his Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College, completed his residency in Ophthalmology there, and pursued a fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at the University of Connecticut. I saw Dr Kruger for an annual checkup. He is pleasant, straightforward, answered a question about the type of eye drops I should use, and my eye exam was thorough and he advised as to my type 2 diabetes.

He listens to me and explains all aspects of my medical needs. I feel very comfortable with his suggestions and procedures. There is no other doctor I would rather see for my eye needs than Dr. Kruger.

Because his wait times are ridiculous. I have often waited up to 90 minutes to been seen, forcing me to miss work meetings and other appointments that are scheduled well after the time I should have completed my visit with the doctor.
