About Dr. Cindy Jadoo
Dr. Cindy Jadoo, M.D., is a skilled and experienced neurologist providing advanced care solutions for patients on Long Island, NY, and throughout the Greater New York City metro region, including Lower Manhattan (Downtown) Midtown(Gramercy Park) and Manhattan’s Upper West Side neighborhoods. At New York Neurology Associates, Dr. Jadoo helps patients with acute and chronic diseases and medical conditions like migraines and other chronic and severe headaches, dizziness, balance-related problems, and memory issues. She has expertise in diagnosing and managing peripheral neuropathy, autoimmune neuropathy, myopathy, cervical and lumbosacral radiculopathy, peripheral nerve injury, myasthenia gravis, carpal tunnel syndrome, brachial plexus disorders and other peripheral nerve injuries
Dr. Jadoo has extensive experience in state-of-the-art diagnostic techniques, including nerve conduction studies (NCS), EEG, EMG and NCV testing, evoked potential studies (VEP, BAER, SSEP), and carotid and transcranial Doppler studies, as well as referrals for patient-centered treatment options like BOTOX injections for headaches, spasms and other issues.
After completing her bachelor’s degree at State University of New York (SUNY) - Stony Brook and a master’s degree at the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences in Newark, NJ, Dr. Jadoo earned her medical degree and completed her postgraduate medical training at University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ and SUNY Upstate in Syracuse, NY, followed by internship, residency and fellowships in Internal Medicine and Neurology at SUNY Downstate Health Science Center at Brooklyn and New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. In addition to caring for patients in private practice and in hospital settings, Dr. Jadoo served as an adjunct professor at Plaza College.
