“Dr. Sarezky was very pleasant. He had excellent bedside manner and was easy to talk to. I did not feel rushed in my appointment and he took the time to answer all of my questions. If needed, I would be happy to see him again. The office overall: I was helped promptly and greeted with a smile. Check in was expedited with the use of a kiosk. There were several eye tests to complete but they explained that the tests checked my eye health. I waited for about 15 minutes and was checked one more time before seeing the doctor. Great teamwork in this office. ”

Dr Sarezsky was very prompt and thorough. Took the time to listen and explained the diagnosis clearly. Very pleasant experience.
Good experience. Doctor was having a very busy day but took the time to answer questions and explain what was happening to me.
Dr. Sarezky is excellent!
The Good: The technician (not sure if that’s the right title) who took the initial notes and measurements was excellent. He was very professional, polite and seemed confident. Dr. Sarezky was calm and professional. The Bad; The Dr did not seem interested in listening. He just relied on the notes from the computer and went to work. Patient interaction seems to be a thing of the past these days. The Worst: The wait time. They asked me to arrive early to fill out paperwork since I was a new patient. So I did. Checking in was easy as it is done on screen self-check in including scanning your insurance card. Then sit in the first waiting room. One hour later, I am called and ushered to the exam room (the second waiting room). After the technician finished and said the Doctor will be right with you. 45 minutes later the doctor shows up when I wa thinkingn of walking out. No apologies for the wait. Why is this normal?
Verified patient
The technician was incredibly professional and Dr. Sarezky was knowledgable, patient and eager to provide detailed explanations. All around, it was a great visit.
I will give Dr. Sarezky the benefit of a doubt and acknowledge that he may have just been having a bad day. His technicians were helpful and efficient and conducted tests to measure my visual field following an occipital stroke. The hospital had not yet provided copies of the CDs from my MRI, but they did provide paperwork documenting my stroke and condition. Dr. Sarezky seemed angry with me for not having the CDs. He all but shouted at me that he wasn't going to acknowledge my stroke with out the actual CDs. I told him that was fine -- I really just needed someone to map my vision at that time so we could see how much I retained. His manner and professionalism during my visit were very lacking. His office did ultimately provide me with copies of my visual field test results, but I won't be going back to this doctor.
Verified patient
Very good experience with Dr. Sarezky. Seems very knowledgeable about his field and will take the time to answer all of your questions, never seeming like he is trying to rush you out of there.
Verified patient
Dr Sarezky was pleasant. He listened to my concerns and accurately diagnosed the issue. Highly recommend! Wait time was not bad. The office is comfortable albeit chaotic.
Verified patient
Dr. Sarezky and the entire staff were great. He took extra time to understand my reason for being there (little complicated) He gave me several treatment options and we have a follow-up in place. A lot of the forms are digital so no writing when I arrived. Very well oiled machine.
Verified patient
Very professional, well run practice.
Verified patient
Outside of checking in on the computer which was a bit impersonal, Dr. Saresky was very good and professional. He answered all of my questions. No complaints.
My visit was such a wonderful experience, Dr. Sarezky was very attentive and really made my consultation more understandable. He made sure that I was in good hands and assured me that everything will turn out great, which it did. I am very happy with my results and I highly recommend Dr. Sarezky for all my visit.
