About Dr. David Carotenuto
I have been an Optometrist for twenty-four years. Before joining Family Vision Health Center, I practiced in the Holmdel and Tinton Falls areas for over ten years, associated with Dr. Anthony Micale, M.D. I graduated from the State University of New York College of Optometry in 1988, with an internship in visual therapy. My background and degree in Education give me a special ability to work with children and adolescents. As an Optometrist my goal is to provide broad based, full scope vision care, including comprehensive vision and eye health testing; detailed tests and treatment of eye diseases and disorders; visual-perceptual and binocular evaluations; consultation for laser refraction procedures; and the latest in healthy, comfortable contact lenses. I am dedicated to providing quality care with patience and compassion.
