“Excellent!! I wish Dr Resnick was a primary care doctor! I would pick him! He's so nice and has great sense of humor! Which I love in a Doctor and knows his stuff. He listened, he had empathy. His compassion to look into why concerns shows how much he truly cares and wants to help his patients! Dr Resnick went Beyond my expectations. The office was a great convenience being located next to a Quest lab. I easily was able to go in with my bloodwork, made it all the better. One stop shop! I'm so grateful I found his office, his staff is just as nice and welcoming. He is absolutely #1 in my book would highly recommend him if you have ANY ALLERGY concerns! Great Experience. About Dr. David Jay Resnick
Dr. David Resnick earned his Doctor of Medicine from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. He completed his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology from 1989 through 1991 at The New York Presbyterian Hospital and continued on as a full-time attending until 2012. Dr. Resnick was the Director of Allergy and Immunology at The New York Presbyterian Hospital of Columbia University from 2005 until 2012. In 2006, he created the Food Allergy Center at the hospital, where skin prick testing and food patch testing were performed to evaluate various types of allergies, including eosinophilic esophagitis and food protein-induced enterocolitis. He was a member of the Eosinophilic Esophagitis committee of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology for many years. Dr. Resnick continues to teach allergy fellows at The New York Presbyterian Hospital. Prior to joining Impact Medical, he was the Chair of Allergy and Immunology at Caremount Medical from 2013 until 2024. Dr. Resnick specializes in semen allergies, asthma, eosinophilic esophagitis, hereditary angioneurotic edema, food allergies, hives, chronic sinusitis, and eczema.

Dr. Resnick’s assistant was easy to communicate with as was Dr. Resnick. The doctor looked over bloodwork carefully and explained various numbers. A course going forward was clearly explained.

Very positive first experience with Dr. Resnick. I came in because I was experiencing an allergic reaction unlike anything before. Dr Resnick asked all the right questions, provided context to situation and affirmed I had taken all the appropriate steps leading to that point. He looked at the reactions and offered a course of meds that he said he was pretty confident would work. Fast forward one week and I’m back to normal! Great doctor - would not hesitate to come back.

Our experience was amazing, everyone from the front desk to the assistant who took notes on why we were visiting, to Dr. Resnick was outstanding! We left very satisfied with the service, the knowledge, and understanding more about what my daughter’s symptoms were. All doctors should be this caring and willing to take the time to explain a diagnosis. Hands down the most pleasurable visit this year with any doctor!
