His journey began back in 1971, graduating from Airport High School, and then he snagged a Bachelor’s in Biology from USC in 1975. But the adventure didn’t stop there—he graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 1979, ready to take on the world! Dr. Loftis kicked off his career in Kentucky before making waves as the Director of Doctor Services for Lenscrafters across GA, SC, NC, and VA until 1993. But he had a vision (pun intended!): to create a practice where he could be hands-on with patients from start to finish. Enter Eye on Gervais, where you’re not just a patient; you’re Dr. Loftis’ VIP guest! If you’re not happy, he’s not happy, and trust us, he goes above and beyond to ensure you’re smiling. Specializing in low vision exams and contact lenses, Dr. Loftis is a master at transforming lives—one pair of glasses at a time!
