“I needed to see someone about an acute eye issue I was having, and since my usual optometrist and ophthalmologist are out of state, I crossed my fingers at booking with a doctor I was unfamiliar with. I shouldn't have worried: Dr. Mikaelian is unbelievably caring and patient, and even though I was not there for a new prescription he talked with me about some newer options as alternatives to my gas-permeable lenses that might not be working so well for me anymore. His office is at a LensCrafters, but there is no hard sell on eyewear--he truly took care of me as his patient. I might now be willing to switch doctors after this wonderful experience...”
