Dr. Erik Mohaber is an optometrist with over 20 years of experience specialized in Pediatrics and Prism Therapies for Children, migraines, and Post Traumatic Brain Injury/Concussion Patients. He received his Doctor of Optometry from Salus University, Elkins Park, PA. During his studies, Dr. Mohaber volunteered for the Student Optometric Service to Humanity (SOSH) trip, providing eye care in Guatemala. Following optometry school, he then completed a Primary Care/Low Vision Residency at the West Haven, Connecticut Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Hard work and dedication are guiding principles of Dr. Erik Mohaber’s life and practice. As an Eagle Scout who was inspired by his Optometrist Godfather, Dr. Mohaber finds Optometry fulfilling and he finds great satisfaction helping his patient with their ocular health and vision needs. He looks forward to cultivating new patient-doctor relationships and to provide services with Eye Doctors of Washington in Chevy Chase.
